About

Chris and Sarah began their travels together back in May of 2009. Chris was a novice, whilst Sarah veteran, having first set foot on foreign soil way back in 1994.

Having been bitten by the bug, she has now visited over 70 countries on every continent except Antarctica (which is coincidentally one of Chris’ dream destinations).

In late June 2014, they embarked on what was ultimately a nineteen and a half month month global odyssey, starting in Mexico (over one year was spent in Latin America).

Now again at home, they live together in the Melbourne suburb of Richmond.

Hullo Chris and Sarah, Sorry about my lack of acknowledgment to your contribution re Fre. Guiana and Colombia or vv, but I have been caught up with several other things, and have finally got back to Th Tree. There I found ref. to your blog, which I am now reading. You (two) have been around! Good on you, and so young to boot. I have had three 1.5 h sessions with a (good) travel agent and you are so (unfortunately) right. From BA to Cayenne is darned difficult, and expensive. I am still searching.
By the way, have you found Worlds Most Travelled people site (MostTraveledPeople.com)? I am sure you would like it. I am ex-Melb.ian (Hampton), but now in Hbt, but still with family in Melb. Thanks for your advice anyway.

Hi Noel, thanks for the update, such a shame isn’t it (we’ve sadly cut French Guiana from this particular trip as a result).

We’ll be sure to check out that website, sounds interesting!
Where in Hobart do you reside? I’ve got family in Tasmania these days as well!

  5. Noel Kemp says:

No, not Kombi58 (that goes with another site), but Odontaspis – sorry about that!

  6. Noel Kemp says:

Lindisfarne (Eastern Shore – sorry, not sure how familiar you are tithe geography of Hbt), actually Geilston Bay. Where are your folks?
